Who is responsible

Quince For Software SRL, registered office [[TODO: sediu social]], is the controller of the personal data described below.

What this website collects

Nothing. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds nothing, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from third parties. There is no contact form. Every page is a static file.

What is processed when you get in touch

If you write or call, the personal data processed is whatever you choose to send: your name, your email address or telephone number, and the content of your message. It is used to reply to you and to carry on the correspondence, on the basis of the legitimate interest both sides have in that exchange, or in order to take steps before entering a contract. It is kept for as long as the correspondence is relevant, and then deleted.

Who else is involved

The site is hosted by Render Services, Inc., acting as a processor. Its servers keep request logs, including IP addresses, briefly and for security. Email is carried by the email provider in the ordinary way. The booking link on the contact page leads to Google Calendar; if you follow it, what happens there is covered by Google's notice rather than this one. No personal data is sold, and none is used for advertising or profiling.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for access to your personal data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted, for a copy in a portable form, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address below and you will get an answer within one month.

Complaints

If you think the data has been handled wrongly, you may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), in Bucharest.
